Supporting Your Students

Student support queries tend to be connected with log-in, password and exercise issues, not technical problems with the hotpotatoes.net server or the authoring programs. We therefore ask that students send support queries to their teacher first, and the teacher can then pass the query on to the hotpotatoes.net support team (support@hotpotatoes.net) if appropriate.
